We recently had the opportunity to engage in an insightful conversation with Bassel Babbili, an international B2B real estate leader. We started the interview by asking, “Can you share about your journey in the UAE’s real estate market?”

Bassel shared, “Over the years, I have built my reputation in the real estate sector through resilience and discipline. With cross-border experience in connecting strategic partners, financial institutions, developers, and investors alike, I have always led my path through market intelligence and disciplined advisory. When I entered Dubai’s real estate market in 2021, I had the honor of representing Türkiye at the International Residency and Citizenship Conclave featured by Gulf News, marking a big milestone in my career.

In 2025, I co-founded Keraspace, along with three partners, with a vision to offer exceptional real estate advisory services.”
