They perceive AI as a tool to improve their work experience rather than as a danger to their jobs. Indeed, 73% of people who currently use AI concur that it simplifies their work.

AI is becoming a more and more useful remedy. Businesses seek to provide their workers with a work environment that aligns with their individual expectations and working styles so they may perform at their highest level. However, without the aid of technology that can handle a large portion of the customisation for them, most businesses lack the infinite resources to accomplish this. AI improves collaboration, automates tedious tasks, and frees up staff members’ time to concentrate on essential tasks.
