Yango Tech is a connected system that gives smart tech tools to local businesses. It just teamed up with ROOTS, a company focused on food tech and retail, to offer custom tech solutions for stores. These tools help make the whole ordering process smoother and improve how people shop for groceries.
With its all-in-one style, Yango Tech offers partners a range of options, including helpful advice and new AI tools. ROOTS is already seeing positive results from this partnership, starting with Yango Tech’s self-driving delivery robots, and now it’s adding even more technology to update its business.
ROOTS plans to utilise several high-tech tools from Yango Tech Retail to enhance its operational efficiency. This includes the Warehouse Management System (WMS), a web app that enables store workers to quickly retrieve items from shelves, thereby speeding up orders in real stores. It also has the Picker Application, an Android app for staff who gather customer orders, and the Courier Application, another Android app for drivers that shows their jobs, pay, routes, ways to group deliveries, and tips to make drop-offs faster.
On top of that, Yango Tech’s Product Information Management (PIM) platform consolidates all product information in one reliable location. It makes adding new products easy with an AI feature called “Image-To-Card,” which pulls details automatically from just a picture.
