After 20 Years, Vidya Balan’s Parineeta will be Shown Again in Theaters
The upcoming 8K restored print re-release of actress Vidya Balan’s Hindi first film “Parineeta” has her feeling sentimental. Recalling her childhood, the actress claimed that whenever Pradeep Sarkar, the film’s director, performed sequences for her, especially the walk of her character, she would always burst out laughing. A new audience may now enjoy the film’s vivid imagery and moving narrative thanks to Prasad Film Labs’ restoration. Additionally, a new teaser for the movie has been released, showcasing its ageless appeal, beauty, soulful soundtrack, and the nostalgic elegance of a bygone period.
Vidya Balan commented on the new clip, saying, I remember when I first heard ‘Piyu Bole,’ I knew it was something special.” It seemed gentle, innocent, and I suppose it reflected how I was feeling at the moment, new, uncertain, and somewhat optimistic.
