The second edition of the Best Companies for Women in the Gulf (BCWG) study has highlighted a strong and growing commitment to gender inclusion across the Gulf region. The study, presented by workplace culture consultancy Avtar Group in partnership with Seramount, showcases organizations leading the way in fostering diversity, inclusion, and equitable opportunities for women in the GCC countries.
Companies recognized in the 2025 BCWG list are actively supporting women through leadership training, coaching, mentoring, and sponsorship programs. They promote allyship and advocacy cultures while establishing fair pathways for career advancement. The study underscores the importance of gender inclusion as a strategic priority within these organisations, spanning industries such as technology, manufacturing, retail, and financial services.
Addressing the press in Dubai, Dr Saundarya Rajesh, Founder-President of Avtar Group, expressed satisfaction with the progress seen in the region.
