
The extension of a surface low-pressure system and a weak upper-level low are predicted to influence the nation next Sunday, causing temperatures to dip somewhat, according to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM).
The NCM likewise predicts the weather for Thursday to be clear to partly overcast, with sporadic cloudiness in some places. In certain coastal and inland locations, it will be humid at night and early on Friday morning, with the possibility of mild fog. Light to moderate winds from the southeast to the northeast will blow, with isolated gusts of up to 35 km/h. Both the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman will have calm seas.
The wind will be light to moderate in speed, with occasional gusts of 10 to 25 km/h and occasionally as high as 35 km/h. It will blow from the southeast before turning to the northwest. Both the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman will have calm seas.
Clear to partly overcast conditions are predicted for Saturday, with some clouds moving in from the east in the afternoon. Over certain interior and coastal regions, it will be humid both overnight and Sunday morning, with the potential for light fog to occur.
