Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairperson of the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture), inaugurated the 11th edition of Dubai Design Week, the Middle East’s premier platform celebrating design and creativity.
Organized in strategic partnership with Dubai Design District (d3), a member of TECOM Group, and supported by Dubai Culture, this year’s edition brings together more than 1,000 designers, architects, and innovators from over 50 countries—further strengthening Dubai’s reputation as a global hub for innovation and creative exchange.
Sheikha Latifa was joined at the opening by Noura bint Mohammed Al Kaabi, Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Hala Badri, Director-General of Dubai Culture; and Khadija Al Bastaki, Senior Vice President of Dubai Design District (d3). She described Dubai Design Week as a space where ideas transcend borders and creativity serves as a universal language that connects people.
Dubai Design Week 2025 presents a multidisciplinary program featuring large-scale installations, new commissions, exhibitions, live activations, and panel discussions across architecture, interior design, product and furniture design, graphic design, and immersive experiences.
