Pacts Agreed to Enhance Industrial Ties in Aircraft Manufacturing

The Advanced Military Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Centre (AMMROC) has signed three strategic Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with the Arab Organisation for Industrialisation (AOI), working through its major industrial facilities in Egypt.

With these agreements, you see AMMROC strengthening cooperation in industrial and technical areas, expanding joint capabilities in aircraft components, structures, and systems. The partnerships also support engine-parts manufacturing, specialized treatment work, and advanced maintenance programmes for helicopter systems.

The signing took place during AMMROC’s participation in the UAE National Pavilion at the fourth edition of the International Defence Exhibition “EDEX 2025”, held at the Egypt International Exhibition Center from 1–4 December. Central global defence and security companies took part in the event. The Tawazun Council for Defence Enablement supported the Pavilion in collaboration with the UAE Ministry of Defence.

Models of the F-16 and C-130 aircraft platforms that AMMROC supports through MRO programs are on display during their participation in EDEX Egypt. The company is also meeting partners and visitors in Hall 3 to highlight its superior capabilities and explore new partnership prospects.
