His Highness The Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates (CBUAE) board meeting was presided over by Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, vice president, deputy prime minister, chairman of the Presidential Court, and chairman of the CBUAE board of directors. The meeting took place in Qasr Al Watan in Abu Dhabi.
The meeting was attended by the Governor of the Central Bank, Khaled Mohamed Balama, as well as the Vice Chairmen of the Board of Directors, Abdulrahman Al Saleh and Jassem Mohammed Bu Ataba Al Zaabi.
Dr. Ali Mohammed Al Rumaithi, Sami Dhaen Al Qamzi, and Younis Haji Al Khoori, members of the Board, attended the meeting. Their Excellencies, Assistant Governors Ahmed Saeed Al Qamzi, Saif Humaid Al Dhaheri, and Ibraheem Al Sayed Al Hashemi, Assistant Governor of the Executive Office and Secretary General of the Board of Directors, were also present at the meeting.
Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan greeted everyone to the conference and praised the CBUAE’s efforts and noteworthy accomplishments in 2025, which greatly aided in the growth of the UAE’s financial industry and strengthened the country’s standing as a major global financial hub.
