Dubai Health’s headquarters was visited by Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense, and Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai.
Sheikh Hamdan, accompanied by Sheikh Maktoum Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, First Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, and UAE Minister of Finance; Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Health Board of Directors; and Sheikh Mansoor Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice Chairman of the Dubai Health Board of Directors, examined Dubai Health’s projects and initiatives that integrate care, education, giving, and learning as part of an integrated academic health system to improve human health.
According to Sheikh Hamdan, communal prosperity in Dubai depends on people’s health. He pointed out that Dubai Health, as an integrated academic health system, represents Dubai’s dedication to accomplishing the goals of Dubai Social Agenda 33 by offering top-notch, scientifically and innovatively driven healthcare, including international-standard prevention and treatment programs. Sheikh Hamdan also emphasized Dubai Health’s goal of being the top academic health system in the world and praised the team’s commitment to patients and families.
