Emirates Developments has announced a major partnership with Jumeirah, part of Dubai Holding, to develop Jumeirah Residences Al Maryah Island in Abu Dhabi. The project aims to offer a refined residential experience that brings together city living with carefully curated lifestyle experiences.
The collaboration is seen as a key development in Abu Dhabi’s luxury property market, introducing Jumeirah’s globally recognised approach to hospitality, design and service to one of the capital’s most sought-after waterfront locations.
Tareq Siam, Managing Director of Emirates Developments, said the agreement marks an important moment for the company. He noted that the project is set to raise standards for residential living on Al Maryah Island and further strengthen Abu Dhabi’s reputation as an international destination for luxury real estate. He added that the island’s prime location, combined with the strength of the Jumeirah brand, supports the company’s vision of delivering forward-looking branded residences with a high level of design and lifestyle appeal.
During 2025, Emirates Developments launched several high-profile projects across the UAE. These included a Hilton-branded residential tower in Dubai’s Jumeirah Lakes Towers, which introduced a new approach to upscale urban living, and Stellar by Elie Saab on Yas Island, a development inspired by haute couture and aimed at residents seeking design-led homes and premium amenities.
