The Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, and Leader Events Management put on the Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition “ACRES 2026.” It ended at Expo Centre Sharjah with real estate sales of more than Dhs5 billion, a 17% increase from last year.
The Sharjah Executive Council’s decision to lower the fees for registering real estate transactions in Sharjah that only took place during the exhibition days played a big role in the higher attendance. The show drew in over 18,000 people, including investors, interested parties, and experts in the real estate field. This helped to solidify its status as one of the most important specialised real estate exhibits in the UAE and the region.
Over 120 exhibitors took part in the outstanding edition. These included major real estate development and investment organisations, as well as top developers from all emirates of the UAE. These enterprises showed off more than 200 real estate projects, including luxury homes, modern villas, new commercial and industrial buildings, and investment land parcels.
