After wrapping up filming on the last schedule for her upcoming drama “Varanasi,” global star Priyanka Chopra chose to bring a little piece of Hyderabad back to Los Angeles. On the flight with PeeCee, she posted a photo of the iconic bun maska from Hyderabad to the Stories section of her official Instagram account. Adding the words, she said, “Taking a piece of Hyderabad with me..see you soon..xx (sic).
It was Priyanka’s last day of the month in Hyderabad for the S.S. Rajamouli film, as she had previously announced in another social media post. With the promotion of her English action thriller “The Bluff” wrapping up soon, she plans to return to Los Angeles, she confirmed.
After the promos, PeeCee promised that she will be back on set with “Varanasi” in no time. The highly anticipated drama will be Priyanka’s long-awaited comeback to Indian cinema, and she has been cast as the leading character, Mandakini. Posters for the upcoming film “Varanasi” showed her with a yellow saree, weapon in hand. Prithviraj Sukumaran will play Kumbha, Mahesh Babu will play Rudhra, and PeeCee will also appear.
