On Tuesday, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the President of the UAE, met with a group of people who had just returned from China, where they had taken part in the First UAE Second-Tier Leadership Executive Programme. The topic of the programme was “Bridging Nations, Building Leaders.”
During the meeting at Qasr Al Bahr in Abu Dhabi, His Highness learned about the goals of the program, which are to give national talent more power and help participants gain skills that will prepare them for the future by exposing them to global models and sharing specialist knowledge. The initiative helps the UAE achieve its goal of encouraging conversation and cultural collaboration with other countries in ways that benefit everyone and lead to prosperity.
The delegation thanked the UAE leadership for its continued support in empowering national talent. They said that the program gave them valuable information about China’s experience in governance, innovation, sustainable economic development, education, technology, artificial intelligence, and the creative industries. Participants said the program made it easier for them to work in future-focused fields.
