Leaders Express Alarm Over the Devastated by War Economy

On Tuesday, UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan received a phone call from Slovenian President Dr Nataša Pirc Musar, who condemned Iranian attacks on the UAE and other countries in the region, including attacks on civilians, civilian infrastructure, and vital facilities. She emphasized that these attacks violate sovereignty and international law and undermine regional security and stability.

Nataša Pirc Musar expressed Slovenia’s support for the UAE’s efforts to defend its security, stability, and territorial integrity, as well as the safety of its citizens and inhabitants. She also praised the UAE’s handling of the issue and the efficiency of its steps to protect its citizens, residents, and visitors. The two parties talked about the implications of the escalating military escalation for regional and international peace and security, as well as its major influence on the global economy.

Both sides emphasised the importance of containing the escalation and prioritising communication and diplomacy to handle pressing regional concerns in a way that maintains security and stability and prevents new crises.
