The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) predicts that Thursday’s weather will be mostly clear with a few clouds, but that Thursday night and Friday morning will be humid. There is a potential that certain coastal and interior locations may see fog or light fog.
The sea will be extremely rough first thing in the morning, then somewhat rough in the Arabian Gulf, and finally moderate to regular waves in the Sea of Oman. The winds will be light to moderate, but active and strong offshore and dust-stirring onshore during the day.
On Friday, we may anticipate partly cloudy skies with occasional sunshine. However, overnight and on Saturday morning, there is a chance of light fog or fog lingering in certain coastal and interior areas.
The sea will have moderate to regular waves in the Arabian Gulf and regular waves in the Sea of Oman, while winds from the northwest to the southwest will be light to moderate, becoming active at times with speeds of 10 to 20 and up to 35 km/h.
On Saturday, we can expect mostly sunny skies with a few clouds; in the north and coastal regions, we may see a few drizzles overnight and first thing on Sunday; and the temperature will gradually rise throughout the day.
