A Dhs220 Million Villa in the Dubai World Islands Been Sold

At the beginning of trading on Thursday, a villa in Dubai’s real estate market was sold for Dhs220 million. The sold villa, part of the Amali project, is situated in The World Islands and measures 58,081 square feet, with an average price of Dhs3,787 per square foot, according to data from the Dubai Land Department.

The first several hours of Thursday saw 158 transactions totaling Dhs605 million in sales. However, a land block in Al Sufouh Gardens was sold for Dhs705 million on Thursday, marking a major milestone for Dubai’s real estate market.

The site is 85,080 square feet in size, with an average cost of Dhs12,138 per square foot, according to data from the Dubai Land Department (DLD). Dubai’s real estate market continues to show strong investment demand for homes, villas, and land despite the current regional tensions. This substantial level of activity demonstrates the strong confidence that global investors place in Dubai’s real estate sector and the broader UAE market.

This momentum was demonstrated in early Thursday trading with the Dhs220 million sale of a villa. The spectacular 58,081-square-foot villa, which averages Dhs3,787 per square foot, is located on The World Islands as part of the Amali Island project.
