In celebration of a very successful first half of 2025, Mira Developments held its first annual broker awards, highlighting investor confidence and the long-lasting attraction of Dubai’s luxury real estate market.
Leading brokers and agents in the United Arab Emirates attended the awards ceremony. In appreciation of their exceptional performance, the top five agencies received plaques and Rolex watches, with Aeon & Trisl winning first place.

There was a noticeable surge in demand for Mira Developments’ signature luxury residences, such as Trussardi Residences in Al Furjan, Dubai, and Gianfranco Ferré Residences on Marjan Island, in addition to the debut of the first multi-branded waterfront community, Mira Coral Bay, both in Ras Al Khaimah. Mira Developments announced several launches in the first half of 2025 and saw significant engagement from both local and international buyers.
