The “Arab Media Outlook — Future Vision,” a flagship study that provides a thorough examination of the media landscape throughout the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), was released by the Dubai Press Club on Tuesday. During the Arab Media Summit, which was held in Dubai from May 26 to May 28, 2025, the study was introduced.
The study, which was created in collaboration with Dubai Media City as its Knowledge Partner and Strategy& as its Research Partner, is an essential tool for professionals, investors, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and innovators influencing the future of the media landscape in the area.
The research, which covers five major subsegments—video, audio, publishing, advertising, and gaming—emphasises the media industry’s contribution to regional economic diversification, job creation, and cultural influence.
The Arab media industry is entering a new phase of its development, shaped by rapid technological change, evolving audience expectations, and new content consumption patterns,” stated Mona Ghanem Al Marri, president of the Dubai Press Club and vice chairperson and managing director of the Dubai Media Council. We are striving to create a globally competitive media ecosystem under the direction of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, who wants to strengthen the media’s role as a partner in progress.
