According to a recent research titled “Dubai’s Rise” that was released in partnership with MCB, recent World Wealth, and Stewards Investment Capital, Dubai has more than 86,000 millionaires and is the fourth richest city in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, after London, Paris, and Milan. Dubai’s total investable wealth has grown by 110% over the last ten years, making it one of the top five fastest-growing cities in the world, according to the most recent New World Wealth Index.
Following research conducted by Mauritius-based MCB, a bank and wealth management firm, and Stewards Investment Capital, an investment advisory firm, in collaboration with New World Wealth, a wealth information organisation, the rankings were made public. The report examined how Dubai’s wealth market has grown to become one of the fastest-growing in the globe.
According to the estimate, there were just over 86,000 millionaires residing in Dubai as of June 2025. Among them were 23 billionaires and 251 millionaires with net worths above $100 million. After London, Paris, and Milan, Dubai was now the fourth wealthiest city in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
