
The second cohort of the Lead & Design Program was graduated, and Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Dubai Future Foundation, was present.
The Lead & Design Programme, an initiative of the Dubai Future Foundation (DFF), seeks to provide future-focused design skills to national talent and the tools of creative leadership based on design thinking methodologies that focus on meeting community needs and aspirations and developing creative solutions.
Sheikh Hamdan reaffirmed that Dubai sees its youth as an essential component of all initiatives to mold the future of the emirate, stressing the value of giving them the tools to think like designers and encouraging their creativity to create.,
Developing domestic talent will remain one of our top strategic priorities in determining Dubai’s and the UAE’s future,” he stated. Because of its innovative talent, design-thinking attitude, and forward-thinking leadership, we are committed to making sure Dubai stays one of the most future-ready cities in the world. Design thinking is a vital and innovative approach to addressing challenges and improving services,” he continued.
