Interior Secretary of the Philippines is Received by UAE President

The President, His Excellency Benjamin Abalos Jr., the secretary of the Department of Interior and Local Government of the Republic of the Philippines, was received by Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan on Tuesday. Benjamin Abalos Jr. welcomed Ferdinand Marcos Jr., the president of the Philippines, to the meeting, which was held at Qasr Al Bahr in Abu Dhabi. He also expressed his best wishes for the Philippines’ continued prosperity and the development of UAE-Philippines relations.

The President of the Philippines received greetings from Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed, who also conveyed his hopes for further development for the nation and its citizens. The two parties talked about working together bilaterally and looked into ways to improve ties even more in order to benefit their respective nations. Sheikh Hamdan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler’s Representative in Al Dhafra Region; Suroor Bin Mohammed Al Nahyan; Sheikh Nahyan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Zayed Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation; and Sheikh Hazza Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Ruler of Abu Dhabi, were present at the meeting.

Sheikh Hamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Special Affairs, Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Sheikh Nahyan Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, Sheikh Shakhboot Bin Nahyan Al Nahyan, Minister of State, and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Hamad Bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, Advisor for Special Affairs at the Ministry of Presidential Court were among the other attendees.
