There have been reports of eleven Rajasthani passengers in the fatal jet accident that happened Thursday close to the Ahmedabad airport in Gujarat. Six families from various areas of the state were among the victims: five from Banswara, four from Udaipur, and one each from Balotra and Bikaner.
Dr. Koni Vyas from Banswara, her husband Pradeep Joshi, and their three children Pradyut, Miraya, and Nakul were among the passengers on the doomed aircraft. According to reports, the family travelled to London on the doomed aircraft. About a month ago, Dr. Koni Vyas left her position at Pacific Hospital in Umarda, Udaipur, since she intended to move overseas with her spouse.
Pradeep Joshi has lived in London for six years. He works as a software specialist and has long envisioned his wife and three young children leaving India to live overseas.
The dream finally came true after years of waiting for the necessary permissions. His wife, Dr. Koni Vyas, a well-known physician in Udaipur, quit her position just two days earlier. The future was within grasp, the suitcases were packed, and farewells were uttered.
The five-member family boarded Air India flight 171 to London early on Thursday morning, full of joy and optimism. They took a selfie. sent it to family members. A one-way trip to a different existence. However, they were never successful. The aircraft went down. Nobody made it out alive.
