In order to give parents the capacity to monitor school-related procedures online throughout the 2026–2027 academic year, the Ministry of Education has released an updated and comprehensive instruction for using the Parents’ Portal.
The UAE Pass account, which is linked to the digital identification system for safe authentication, makes access possible. Parents can view all of their children registered under their account, regardless of whether they are enrolled in public or private schools, thanks to the portal’s data synchronization capability.
Parents can update important data through the system, including household addresses, preferred modes of transportation, and phone numbers that are shared between them and the school. Additionally, it enables them to upload the required documents in accordance with their emirate’s particular regulations.
Additionally, a dedicated menu allows parents to track the status of their application online. Here, users can find out if their application is being reviewed, accepted, or returned for more criteria. Data is automatically updated in accordance with the criteria after it has been authorized by the appropriate staff member, eliminating the need for manual re-entry. This increases overall school efficiency, streamlines procedures, and reduces administrative errors.
