Despite the problems in the area, Sharjah’s real estate market is expanding steadily. A popular location for international investors is Sharjah. Sukoon by Sanzen, a Dhs1.5 billion residential complex in Sharjah with 859 villas and townhouses spread over four phases, has officially started construction. The concept intentionally adopts a new approach to the architecture of homes and communities in the United Arab Emirates, focusing on everyday well-being rather than weekend getaways.
The start of building coincides with a stop by many local developers. Sanzen’s choice to start construction now is a conscious declaration of faith in the UAE economy, the long-term viability of its real estate industry, and the high level of buyer demand the business has experienced since its founding.
The news was made during a signing event at Sanzen’s office in Festival Tower, Festival City, Dubai, where PTC Contracting and Sanzen signed the construction agreement in front of over twenty media representatives and top executives from both businesses.
Sanzen Chairman Abdulaziz Al Sanad, Sanzen CEO and founder Amro Saleh, PTC Contracting Chairman Mohammad Obaid Alshaali, and PTC Contracting Project Manager Hesham Mustafa were present at the event.
