His Highness The six recipients of the Great Arab Minds Award 2025 will be honored on Thursday at the Museum of the Future in Dubai by Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai.
The families of the recipients as well as professors, diplomats, officials, scientists, and experts from a variety of fields will attend the ceremony, which is the third iteration of the biggest prize of its type in the Arab world.
There will also be representatives from the Nominations Committee, the Higher Committee of the Great Arab Minds Initiative, and the specialized committees for each of the six prize categories. Numerous local, Arab, regional, and worldwide broadcast, print, and digital media outlets will cover the event extensively.
Professor Majid Chergui in the Natural Sciences category, Professor Abbas El Gamal in the Engineering and Technology category, Dr. Nabil Seidah in the Medicine category, Professor Badi Hani in the Economics category, Dr. Suad Amiry in the Architecture and Design category, and Professor Charbel Dagher in the Literature and Arts category are the six winners who will be honored during the ceremony.
The goal of honoring the recipients of the Great Arab Minds Award, which has come to be known as the “Arab Nobel,” is to inspire them to carry on with their contributions to science, culture, and the arts in areas that advance humankind and civilization.
