As part of the United Arab Emirates’ celebrations highlighting its longstanding and brotherly relations with the Sultanate of Oman, the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs – Dubai (GDRFA) joined in welcoming Omani visitors arriving through the Hatta border crossing and Dubai International Airport. The initiative reflected the deep bonds between the two nations, featuring a warm reception that included commemorative passport stamps and symbolic gifts to mark the special occasion.
Dubai sought to capture the spirit of celebration through heartfelt hospitality and high-quality services, underscoring the UAE’s ongoing efforts to strengthen Gulf solidarity and promote the values of unity and brotherhood.
The event was attended by Major General Ahmed Mohammed Bin Thani, Director General of the Dubai Environment and Climate Change Authority; Brigadier Nabil Mohammed, Assistant Deputy Director General for Maritime and Land Ports; and Colonel Dr. Rashid Obaid Al Ketbi, Director of Land Ports Passport Control, along with a number of officials and staff who participated in welcoming guests and distributing gifts.
