
His Majesty The UAE’s vice president, prime minister, and ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, paid a visit to the fourth World of Coffee 2025 Dubai expo on Monday. The show will run at the Dubai World Trade Centre until February 12, 2025.
World of Coffee 2025 Dubai is the largest coffee industry show in the area, with exhibitors from 78 countries. It is organised by DXB Live, the experience agency of Dubai World Trade Centre, in partnership with the Speciality Coffee Association (SCA).
Sheikh Mohammed emphasised the exhibition’s contribution to the development of important economic prospects and strategic alliances for coffee producers, dealers, and farmers in the area and beyond.
Sheikh Mohammed emphasised the industry’s enormous potential to propel growth for entrepreneurs and owners of small and micro businesses, reiterating Dubai’s crucial role in promoting the development and prosperity of diverse economic sectors globally. Coffee is one of the most traded and valued commodities in the world.
Helal Saeed Al Marri, the director general of the Dubai World Trade Centre Authority and the director general of the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, accompanied Sheikh Mohammed on his tour.
Sheikh Mohammed visited a number of the exhibition’s pavilions, where he saw a range of displays displaying machinery used in coffee processing and preparation at every stage, from growing to distributing to customers.
