UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan visited the third day of Dubai Airshow 2025 at Dubai World Central. During his visit, he viewed the innovative autonomous cargo aircraft called “Heli,” developed by the UAE-based company Load Autonomous, which focuses on autonomous logistics solutions. Designed and manufactured in the UAE, the Heli aircraft aims to enhance air cargo services with advanced logistics solutions powered by a hybrid propulsion system capable of carrying payloads up to 250 kilograms over distances close to 700 kilometers.
On the sidelines of the airshow, Sheikh Mohamed met with Guido Crosetto, Italy’s Minister of Defence, to discuss bilateral defence cooperation and ways to strengthen ties between the two nations. They emphasized the importance of the Dubai Airshow as a global platform for showcasing the latest aviation innovations and technological advancements shaping the future of the sector.
Sheikh Mohamed was accompanied by senior officials including Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Special Affairs, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Hamad Bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan, Adviser to the UAE President, ministers, and other dignitaries during the visit.
