His Highness Dr. Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, the Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, approved the promotions of 238 administrative staff members in the Sharjah Judicial Department and gave 56 employees incentive incentives.
Abdullah Ibrahim Al Zaabi, the head of the Sharjah Department of Human Resources, said this on the Direct Line program that was shown on Sharjah Broadcasting Authority. He stated that the decision says that people who have worked for 4 to 8 years will be promoted one grade, and people who have worked for 8 years or more will be promoted two grades. People who have worked for 2 to 4 years will also get two bonuses.
He added that two employees received a 20% raise; two received Special Grade B; twelve received Grade A; thirty-one received Grade 1; sixty received Grade 2; seventy-nine received Grade 3; fifteen received Grade 4; twenty-five received Grade 6; and twelve received Grade 6.
He said the financial impact of job promotions was Dhs887,819 per month and Dhs10,653,828 per year, while the impact of incentive bonuses was Dhs28,200 per month and Dhs338,400 per year. The overall financial effects were Dhs916,019 per month and Dhs10,992,228 per year.
