
Senior officials from both nations, as well as representatives of prominent Emirati and Bahraini enterprises, attended the opening of the Bahrain-UAE Business Forum on Friday in Manama, the capital of Bahrain.
The UAE sent a high-level delegation to the event, led by Minister of State for Foreign Trade Dr. Thani Bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi. The event takes place as the two nations’ strategic ties continue to strengthen, especially in sectors pertaining to commerce, investment, and the economy.
Increased collaboration between the two countries in mutually beneficial economic sectors, such as banking, water security, tourism, logistics, and energy, was the main topic of discussion. Al Zeyoudi emphasised in a keynote speech that the two nations’ relationship is steadily improving as they work to establish strong and long-lasting strategic alliances across a range of industries.
The forward-thinking vision and shared will of the leadership of both nations, who aim to elevate our relations to new heights in order to achieve the common development aspirations of both our peoples,” said Al Zeyoudi, “are driving these positive developments in our strategic partnership.
