UAE Weather Authority Forecasts Mild Increase in Temperatures

The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has forecast a slight and gradual rise in temperatures across the UAE from Wednesday, influenced by a weak surface low-pressure system from the east and a surface high-pressure system from the west, accompanied by an upper-air high.
According to NCM, Wednesday’s weather will be mostly clear to partly cloudy, with clouds developing over eastern areas that could become convective in the afternoon. Temperatures are expected to edge upward slightly, while humidity will increase overnight and into Thursday morning in some coastal and inland regions, bringing a chance of fog or light fog. Winds will be southwesterly to northwesterly, light to moderate, occasionally active at 10–25 km/h, reaching 35 km/h. The sea will remain light in the Arabian Gulf and Sea of Oman.
Thursday is expected to be partly cloudy with similar humidity conditions overnight and early Friday. Friday’s weather will stay clear to partly cloudy with low morning clouds along the eastern coast and light to moderate winds, touching 35 km/h at times. By Saturday, the forecast points to clear to partly cloudy skies with low eastern coastal clouds in the morning. Winds will turn active during the day, possibly stirring dust, reaching speeds up to 40 km/h, while sea conditions will be light to moderate in both the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.
