5,314 Young Emiratis Invest Dhs4.3 Billion in Sharjah’s Real Estate Market

The data, which was made public by Sharjah’s real estate registration department in conjunction with International Youth Day, emphasizes the critical role that the country’s youth have played in bolstering the real estate industry and their increasing awareness of investing, which has motivated them to create sustainable capital assets in accordance with Sharjah’s all-encompassing developmental vision.

According to the report, the target age range (18–35 years old) had a balanced distribution of genders within the owner base and investment values. Males made up 61.3% of exchanged properties with 4,325 properties, while females made up 38.7% with 2,727 properties.

Males made up 59.5% of the investor base with 3,162 investors, while females made up 40.5% with 2,152 investors. Males received 64.6% of the investment values, or Dhs2.8 billion, while females received 35.4%, or Dhs1.5 billion.

The statistical results, according to Saud Al-Khayyal, Chairman of the Youth Council at the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, amply demonstrate the success of the emirate’s developmental strategy, which was guided by the astute vision of His Highness Dr. Sheik Sultan Bin Mohammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, and the ongoing oversight of Sheik Sultan Bin Mohammad Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, Chairman of the Executive Council.
