
By investing more than Dhs60 billion in the public and private sectors of the economy, Emirati women have achieved prominent positions in the nation’s economy. This illustrates their business and investment acumen and ability.
Female business executives praised the significant assistance provided by wise leadership to Emirati women working in the economy, who have fueled expansion by starting their own initiatives. It was clarified that their firms’ success has been greatly attributed to this support.
“The Emirati Women’s Day is a national occasion that underscores the nation’s pioneering achievements in the field of women’s empowerment, a legacy that has been established by the late founding father, Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan,” said Hana Al Rostamani, Group CEO of the First Abu Dhabi Bank.
He supported women’s education and empowerment because he thought they were essential to the development of the country and because he wanted them to assume leadership and decision-making positions. This strategy has been pursued by Her Highness Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak, also referred to as the “Mother of the Nation,” through calculated actions intended to strengthen women’s position in the process of growth and advancement.
