Numerous health concerns, such as respiratory disorders, asthma, bronchitis, allergies, eye, nose, and throat irritation, headaches, exhaustion, and decreased attention, are directly linked to poor indoor air quality (IAQ). Long-term hazards include cardiovascular disease and decreased lung function.
In an interview with Gulf Today, Ali Roghani, COO of Active Pure GCC, stated that the company operates under the auspices of Green Dome General Trading, which is spearheading a significant transition from legacy, reactive filtration to continuous, space-active protection made possible by NASA-derived ActivePure Technology.
This technology is based on a light-activated oxidation method created by NASA and later modified for commercial indoor air and surface cleansing. In 2017, ActivePure was admitted into the Space Technology Hall of Fame, a program operated by the Space Foundation, a Colorado-based non-profit space advocacy organization founded in 1983.
This Hall of Fame award recognizes technology that were first created for space travel and then modified for commercial usage to enhance Earthly quality of life. In addition to advocating for sustainability and health security, Ali Roghani stated that “children, elderly people, and individuals with asthma or chronic conditions are particularly vulnerable.
