By the Year 2025, Air Arabia Has Achieved a Profit of Dhs1.8 Billion

For the entire year ending December 31, 2025, Air Arabia reported its best-ever financial and operational results. For the entire year ending December 31, 2025, Air Arabia reported a record pre-tax net profit of Dhs1.8 billion, a 14% rise over Dhs1.6 billion in 2024. The year’s total revenue exceeded Dhs7.78 billion, a 15% increase over 2024’s Dhs6.76 billion.

By introducing 30 new routes and growing its network throughout its six operating hubs, Air Arabia continued to implement its expansion strategy throughout the year. This methodical growth resulted in a 16% increase in total passengers handled, reaching 21.8 million throughout the Group, and a 10% increase in operational capacity. The percentage of available seats occupied, or average seat load factor, increased by 4 percentage points to 85%, demonstrating the effectiveness of the airline’s value-driven operating approach and the strength of the ongoing demand.

The Board of Directors of Air Arabia has suggested paying out a dividend equal to 30% of the company’s share capital, or 30 fils per share. At the next Annual General Meeting (AGM), Air Arabia’s shareholders will have the opportunity to approve this proposal, which was presented at a recent board meeting.
