The Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, or Dubai Culture, hopes to support artists and talent, spark their creativity, and give them the opportunity to help transform Dubai’s neighborhoods, public areas, and districts into captivating tourist and cultural destinations through the mural projects being carried out throughout the city.
