During the Eid holidays, Sharjah Airport will Receive More Than 500,000 Passengers

Sharjah’s airport has declared that it is fully operationally prepared to handle the expected increase in aviation traffic during the Eid Al Fitr festival. Between March 27 and April 6, the airport anticipates handling 3,344 flights and more than 500,000 passengers.

In order to guarantee seamless operations and provide a remarkable travel experience that satisfies the highest international standards, the Sharjah Airport Authority (SAA) affirmed that all operational and logistical preparations have been finished in coordination with its strategic partners and all pertinent entities.

The Sharjah Airport Authority has created a thorough operational plan to increase operating efficiency during periods of high travel demand. The plan calls for allocating enough human resources to all job sectors, with a special emphasis on bolstering customer service teams, to give passengers prompt support and assistance.

In keeping with the airport’s status as a premier aviation hub, all amenities and auxiliary services have also been meticulously prepared to guarantee a flawless and easy experience.

To ensure the comfort and satisfaction of senior citizens, children, and people with disabilities, the SAA has focused on offering them specialised facilities and supportive services as part of its commitment to inclusive services.

Sharjah Airport keeps improving its digital trip by promoting smart technology that facilitates quick and easy check-in processes. This makes the whole experience more seamless and allows the passenger flow to flow faster.
