The Honourable Li Qiang, Premier of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China, was received by Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, on Thursday. Li Qiang is in the UAE leading a high-level delegation. Li Qiang and his delegation were greeted by Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, who also hoped that the visit would further solidify the two countries’ bilateral ties. The People’s Republic of China’s national anthem was played at Qasr Al Watan in Abu Dhabi as part of an official welcome ceremony for the visiting delegation.
The Premier of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China shook hands with Their Highnesses the Sheikhs and other senior officials, while Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid welcomed the delegation.
His Highness Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court, Sheikh Khaled Bin Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Hamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and several other ministers and high-ranking officials were present at the official reception ceremony.
