Abu Dhabi: On April 18, TeamLab Phenomena Abu Dhabi on Saadiyat Cultural District will welcome visitors. The highly anticipated art project, which spans 17,000 square meters and was created by the Tokyo-based art collective teamLab, will immerse visitors in a multisensory experience through enormous immersive artworks that appeal to their senses of sight, sound, and touch.
TeamLab is the “perfect partner” to deliver immersive art experiences that push the limits of art and technology, according to Mohamed Khalifa Al Mubarak, Chairman of the Department of Culture and Tourism in Abu Dhabi.
When teamLab Phenomena Abu Dhabi opens, it will provide an immersive experience that piques everyone’s interest and inspires their creativity. It will produce a realm of boundless wonder and inventiveness at the nexus of art, technology, and nature. Al Mubarak stated, “We are inspiring new generations of innovators, thinkers, and creators from Abu Dhabi and beyond through these multi-sensory explorations. Miral Experiences, a division of Miral, the top developer of immersive experiences and attractions in Abu Dhabi, runs the specially constructed building.
