Modi Condemns Attack on UAE, Saying Attacking People is Immoral

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi criticized on Tuesday the attack on the UAE’s Fujairah, which injured three Indian nationals, calling the targeting of civilians and infrastructure “unacceptable.

Modi emphasized India’s solidarity with the UAE and advocated for peaceful resolution of all disputes via dialogue and diplomacy.We strongly condemn the attacks on the UAE, which injured three Indian nationals. Targeting civilians and infrastructure is wrong. India expresses unwavering sympathy with the UAE and reiterates its commitment to the peaceful resolution of all issues through dialogue and diplomacy. Ensuring safe and unobstructed navigation through the Strait of Hormuz is critical for long-term regional peace, stability, and global energy security,” PM Modi wrote on X.

Modi’s statement comes after three Indian nationals were hurt in attacks in Fujairah on Monday. The UAE held Iran responsible for the strikes.On Monday, the Indian Embassy in the UAE stated that it is working with local authorities to provide medical care and welfare for affected Indian people. Three Indian nationals were injured during today’s attacks in Fujairah. We are in contact with local authorities to ensure the proper medical treatment and welfare of the affected Indian people,” the Embassy remarked.
