Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives (MBRGI) has implemented the Ahmed Bin Rashid Humanitarian Bridge in collaboration with Operation Chivalrous Knight 3, providing food aid to the Palestinian people and addressing their basic needs. This aid has entered the Gaza Strip through the Rafah Crossing.
As part of the humanitarian bridge’s objective to provide over 10 million meals to Gaza Strip residents in memory of the late Sheikh Ahmed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum and his humanitarian legacy, the delivery follows a series of aid flights that were launched from Al Maktoum International Airport.
The Operation Chivalrous Knight 3 team at the UAE Humanitarian Aid Logistics Centre in the Egyptian city of Al Arish prepared, loaded, and transported the aid to the Rafah Crossing for entry into the Gaza Strip as part of ongoing humanitarian efforts to support the Palestinian people and alleviate their suffering.
MBRGI had previously organised a significant community humanitarian event at the Dubai World Trade Center to prepare meals in collaboration with Operation Chivalrous Knight 3. The event drew extensive community participation, reflecting the deeply ingrained principles of solidarity, generosity, and goodness in UAE society. In honour of the late Sheikh Ahmed, Dubai’s sports community recently participated in the Ahmed Bin Rashid Humanitarian Bridge initiative, which aimed to prepare over 10 million meals for the Gazan populace.
