The foreign ministers of the United Arab Emirates, the Arab Republic of Egypt, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the Republic of Indonesia, the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Republic of Turkey, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the State of Qatar have all voiced their grave concern over Israeli remarks regarding the opening of the Rafah Crossing in one direction with the intention of moving Gaza Strip residents into the Arab Republic of Egypt.
In addition to stressing the need for complete adherence to the plan put forth by US President Donald Trump, including its provisions on maintaining the Rafah Crossing open in both directions, guaranteeing the population’s freedom of movement, and refraining from forcing any resident of the Gaza Strip to leave, the Ministers emphasize their unwavering rejection of any attempts to drive the Palestinian people from their land. This is all part of a comprehensive vision aimed at restoring stability and improving their humanitarian conditions.
In order to achieve security and peace and to solidify the foundations of regional stability, the Ministers reaffirm their gratitude for President Trump’s dedication to bringing about peace in the region and stress the significance of proceeding with the full implementation of the “Trump Plan” without delay or obstruction.
