Strengthen Documents Over the Course of Five Years, there has Been a 41% Increase in Customer Registration

Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation PJSC (Empower) reported a significant rise in new customer registrations in all sectors of Dubai. Over the previous five years, from 2019 to 2023, the company saw a 41 percent increase in the number of new customers who registered electronically from both the public and private sectors, indicating a growing preference for Empower’s district cooling services.

The company also reported that, compared to the same period last year, 427,114 bill payment transactions were made through the electronic payment channels that Empower and its strategic partners, banks, and financial institutions provided. This represents an 11% increase in bill payment transactions.

According to the CEO, these services positively impact the company’s performance levels and align with national strategies and Dubai’s ongoing technological advancements. They are designed to make it easier for customers to complete various transactions and satisfy them.

In the first half of this year, Empower approved 19,675 applications for No Objection Certificates, a 21 percent increase over the same period in 2023, as part of its efforts to streamline business operations and improve efficiency and productivity, he disclosed. He clarified that this was done to save time and effort, alleviate the process for consultants and contractors to get the company’s approvals for submissions, and lessen or prevent violations, damages, and fines.
