The Collection of Jawaher Al Qasimi Enhances Cultural Identity

By decree of His Highness Dr. Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Sharjah Ruler, the Sheikha Jawaher Bint Mohammed Al Qasimi Collection was created to honour her distinguished humanitarian work as well as her priceless contributions to decorative arts and crafts.

The museum will feature fascinating artwork and historical artefacts from the personal collection of Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher Bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, the Ruler of Sharjah’s wife and the chairperson of the Supreme Council for Family Affairs. To inspire upcoming generations of designers and craftspeople, the museum will highlight the significant impact that Islamic and Arab crafts have had on both historical and modern art.
