Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, and Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai, Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, visited the Wadi Al Amardi housing project on Wednesday. After being updated on the status of all active housing projects, he authorised a housing package for Emirati people in Dubai worth more than Dhs2 billion.
During the visit, Sheikh Hamdan examined the Wadi Al Amardi housing projects and reviewed the blueprints for several new construction projects, including over 1,100 citizen dwelling units.
According to Sheikh Hamdan, the new home developments would have contemporary designs that satisfy the needs of Emirati families and well-planned communities with cutting-edge infrastructure, first-rate services, and extensive public amenities.
He also emphasised that this is still a top government priority and commended the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment team for their work in completing projects that promote people’s stability and well-being. During the tour, Sheikh Hamdan looked at a model of the houses under construction.
With an emphasis on privacy, quality, and the integration of necessary infrastructure and services, these residences are built to the finest architectural and engineering standards, providing a cosy and sustainable living space that meets the demands of Emirati families.
