According to Al Khaleej, a home located in the Emirates Hills neighborhood has been leased for Dhs17 million ($4.6 million) per year, making it the most expensive residential rental deal that has ever been finalized in the emirate. The home, which is known as “The Palace” and has seven bedrooms, is situated on Billionaire Row within Emirates Hills. It has established the highest rental value for a residential property in the whole history of Dubai.
When asked about this accomplishment, Leanne King, a specialist in luxury real estate development and construction who handled the project’s design, renovation, and management, stated that it was the culmination of years of precise preparation and execution.
King went on to say that this was not merely a real estate brokerage transaction; rather, it was a project that had been going on for years, and the objective was not simply to get the best possible rental value. In order to choose the tenant who would be the best fit for the property, we turned down a number of proposals, including one that paid Dhs15 million for a lease that was for many years. The most essential thing was to locate a tenant who loves the craftsmanship, classic design, one-of-a-kind objects, and the tale that this home reflects. Money was not the only criterion that was considered. According to reports, this transaction broke the record set earlier this year for the leasing of a duplex penthouse in Burj Khalifa at Dhs12 million per year.
