In accordance with the directives of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, His Highness Sheikh Khaled Bin Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, has authorised a housing benefits package valued at Dhs6.75 billion, which will benefit 4,356 Emirati citizens throughout the emirate.
3,172 citizens will benefit from housing loans totalling Dhs5.08 billion, 1,100 citizens will benefit from land grants and ready-built homes valued at Dhs1.585 billion, and 84 senior citizens, low-income retirees, and beneficiaries of deceased citizens will benefit from exemptions from housing loan repayments totalling more than Dhs94.8 million.
The leadership’s continued commitment to comprehensive development is demonstrated by the first housing package of 2025, which was disbursed ahead of Eid Al Fitr. It will improve the wellbeing of Emirati families and ensure their social stability and happiness in an environment that fulfils their aspirations, promotes their participation, and empowers their contributions to the nation’s development.
