Ammar Sees GMU Students Graduate

Under the patronage and in the presence of Sheikh Ammar Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Ajman Executive Council, Gulf Medical University (GMU), Ajman, held its Convocation 2025 ceremony at Thumbay Grounds, Thumbay Medicity. The event marked the graduation of 630 students from various disciplines, including medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, nursing, physiotherapy, healthcare management, and other health science programs.

The ceremony was attended by families, faculty members, and leaders from the healthcare sector, who witnessed graduates receive their degrees. The proceedings featured the “GMU at a Glance” presentation, followed by the conferral of degrees and the administration of the Graduate Oath.

Presiding over the ceremony, Dr. Thumbay Moideen, Founder President of the Thumbay Group, congratulated the graduating batch and emphasized GMU’s evolving academic and clinical ecosystem, built around Thumbay Medicity’s state-of-the-art teaching hospitals, research facilities, and simulation centers.

Prof. Manda Venkatramana, Chancellor of Gulf Medical University, lauded the graduates for their hard work and resilience and extended gratitude to parents, faculty, and clinical preceptors for their invaluable support in nurturing globally competent healthcare professionals.
