His Highness Sheikh Hamad Bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, a member of the Supreme Council and the ruler of Fujairah, met with UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan on Friday.
Their Highnesses affirmed that the aspirations of the people continue to be at the center of the leadership’s focus and a fundamental pillar of development plans and national initiatives both now and in the future as they discussed a variety of national concerns in light of the UAE’s ongoing growth.
They also commended the strong principles that define UAE society, highlighting their contribution to bolstering efforts to overcome obstacles and fostering togetherness and cohesiveness. They prayed for the UAE’s long-term security, stability, and progress and conveyed their hopes for its ongoing development and prosperity.
During an inspection of Fujairah Port, Sheikh Mohamed and Sheikh Hamad examined operations and the safeguards put in place to guarantee business continuity at the highest levels of operational efficiency. Their Highnesses confirmed that Fujairah Port is a vital UAE asset, helping the country’s economy and the global energy market while bolstering the UAE’s standing in international commerce.
